As a child, I was visited by various groups of Beings from beyond the Earth plane. At the time this experience was confusing…

I came to life feeling and sensing underlying information about people, life. This experience deepened and gave rise  to the ability to access, translate and communicate to others subtle information and qualitative feel of various energy realms. My experience has been single-minded at times; finding the truth about this existence and asking questions, with its by-product of destruction of the unnecessary. My essence is visionary, practical, empathic, expansion, and transformation. My Beingness expresses itself through merging with the energetic and Light fields of Beings, various artistic mediums; writing, healing, dancing, lots of yoga, music, communion with animals; especially dogs, and horses, eagles…Love; of another, my daughter, the tree, Gaia; our beloved Mother.

Four years ago, the visits resumed, and I began contact and alliance with the Galactic Federation of Light and Beings from Sirius, Pleiades, Orion, Arcturus, and Andromeda, as well as other Cosmic Groups and Intelligence. They have lovingly assisted me in remembering who I truly Am, and I have awakened to the broader provenance of this soul as a wanderer in the universe. Human origins expand far beyond this planet…Our allies reside in various dimensions, as do we. The stream of awakening continues, and I integrate life-times of existence, and now sense what the Universe’s plan is about.

As I align and communicate with these groups of Beings, the awakening to the nature of my Being and to the potentials of humanity continues to expand and my experience of life is anchored in the harmonics of Light-Love telepathy and technologies. I experiment with the pure liquid of creation and continue to be amazed with how I create my reality.

I transmit cosmic energies and serve as a portal for others to experience and resonate with. Although Light Beings can vibrate to offer verbal communication their language is a language of light, sound, colors, Alchemy, and sacred geometry. They are here to assist us in remembering our vastness and infinite abilities. The time where we walk hand in hand with our Star Sisters and Brothers is here. Be curious about whom you meet!

Children

Children are great holders and transmitters of Light-Love. They come to manifest their unique purpose and gifts; yes, you and  I did that, and are doing it! Parenting is, hopefully amongst other things, lovingly aligning and supporting children to blossom into whom they are meant to be, without our overly transferred projections of whom we think they should be because we feel we have not!  Yes, I feel strongly about that.

I offer my clinical training and intuitive aspects to align with and support parents in their parenting experience. I am the primary consultant for Parenting the Purpose, a counseling and consulting practice servicing parents and families. My aim is to facilitate healing and transformation of mental and emotional dynamics that lead to conflict and disharmony in family relationships. I specialize in releasing trauma embedded at somatic, emotional, mental levels and have worked extensively with the interface of adversity and creativity.

I am the parent and student of a 7 year-old joyful little girl with beautiful large brown eyes, and an intoxicating laugh. The family lives on a ranch shared with dogs, horses, chickens, and many wild beings amidst the golden hills of Nicasio.

Dance and yoga keep me humble, flexible, and strong; gratitude for being physical. I reflect Life through form and create Light Sculptures. I weave experiences of sound and movement to help me and others remember, and feel, whom we are; its’ about Light-Love, sound, colors, and bliss. I love horses and learn from them too. I combine counseling, psychotherapy and Resonance Sessions in my active work/alliance with them. I attempt to be still and listen and receive their wise sentience.

  • 15 years of counseling with individuals facilitating the experience of expansion of consciousness, and healing.
  • Consulting and psychotherapy with children, children with various developmental challenges and atypical presentation, and their families. Consulting with school officials and other clinicians.
  • Equestrian Assistant and Clinician, Day Treatment Services, Residential treatment facility for children.
  • Mental health clinician in residential care facility for severely emotionally disturbed children. Designing and implementing Treatment Plans; Liaison to clinical team; Functional Behavior analysis; Applied Behavior Analysis. IEP consulting.
  • In-hospital counseling care (Marin General Hospital, California Pacific Medical Center) and psychotherapy using guided-imagery with cancer patients to support recovery and illness management. Group Therapy facilitator.
  • Worked as a research assistant at California Pacific Medical Center, Institute for Health and Healing.
  • Lectured at various medical, research, and educational institutions (Dean Ornish’s Preventive Medicine Institute) (University of Seven Rays) on Healing, Energy Medicine, Transformation, and Mind-Body Perspectives.
